After being crippled from Sciatica myself, I dedicated every ounce of energy I could into figuring out what was wrong with my body.
After countless hours researching, and my 10+ year background in the medical field, I came up with a program to rehabilitate myself back to health. No Pain. No Pills. No Surgery.
It's worked for me and hundreds of my patients.
Best part? It only takes 15 minutes per day.

from crippled to deadlifting 400+ pounds
I lived a very active life - powerlifting, Crossfit, sports... If it was something active, I'm into it. I've always put a lot of effort into keeping my body fit and healthy.
Until everything abruptly changed...
I was on a night mission overseas. My crew and I were riding in a tank. Visibility was extremely low, and we were rolling at bumpy 30MPH.
Depth perception is very poor in a tank. On top of that, there's ZERO shock absorption. It's not a car that crumples up when it's hit: Tanks are a solid block of steel.
Out of nowhere, a friendly tank ran into us... 30MPH, no shock absorption, and nothing but steel around us.
Ever heard of a tank crash? Probably not, but that's for the better.
My crew was jostled around as if we were in a kid's snow globe. I blacked out immediately.
Days went by, but there was still a lingering pain in my lower back. It started to creep down my leg.
It kept getting worse... and worse over the next few months. Soon I couldn't lift weights anymore. Then, I could hardly be active at all. Even walking became a struggle.
I vividly remember my rock-bottom moment:
I was on a trip to Europe where I planned to propose to my now wife. I had it all planned out - It'd be right on the Swiss Alps with the beautiful scenery, the birds chirping, the fresh air... Just perfect.
Because of how much pain I was in, I was terrified I wouldn't be able to get up when I went down on one knee... How pathetic would that be?
That thought haunted me. (Don't worry, she said yes!)
Shortly after the trip, I woke up one morning and I couldn't feel my leg. I had zero motor function in it.
It felt like I was living in a lucid nightmare... Stuck in bed. Couldn't move. Just praying I'd be able to feel my leg again.
I finally bit the bullet and got an MRI to see what was actually going on.
Three doctors told me that I needed to get surgery. Immediately.
That scared me. So, I didn't listen.
Instead? I dedicated all my time and energy into figuring out how I could rehab myself back to health.
It took 10+ years of prior experience, HUNDREDS of hours of research... and MONTHS of trial and error, but, I did it.
I Conquered My Sciatica.
But, if our bodies are out of balance, that healing won't ever occur.
For me, there were layers to my Sciatica: Tight calves, tight hamstrings, a glute that was weaker than the other, poor hip mobility, and a whole host of other things.
These are called muscle imbalances.
I was lucky enough to have the knowledge to identify each imbalance one by one to get my body back in alignment.
Sure enough, I was able to feel my leg again, get out of pain, and go back to deadlifting 400+ pounds again.
Now, it took me 4 months of trail and error, but I've condensed it down into a 4-week program.
I started testing this program in my clinic where I've seen hundreds of patients with Sciatica.
Turns out, there's a predictable pattern of muscle imbalances that cause sciatica. That's why the program is so successful... It corrects a very predicable pattern of imbalances. Over 98% of my patients have permanently gotten rid of their sciatica.
It is truly a blessing to see so many people find healing through a program that I created for myself.
For that, I am very grateful. Grateful to have been dragged to absolute rock bottom, giving me the motivation to take responsibility and be my own healer. The lives that have changed as a result of that accident made it all worth it.
Going through the thick of it, I was loosing hope. I felt defeated, and honestly just depressed. It sucked.
I was able to get my life back. I could be active again. Be social again. I wasn't constantly crabby anymore.
The pain is just a small part of how sciatica had crept into every aspect of my life.
Beyond getting out of pain... What does healing look like for you?
Maybe you could play with your kids again... Go back to yoga class without pain... Be more present with friends & family... Or even as simple as not being told by your kids that "you're getting old, mama".
I can help you get your life back. Let me show you how!
