It's super simple. Each day, you'll get an email from us with a video, PDF, and written instructions showing you EXACTLY what you need to do that day to stay on track. We make sure that it's easy to follow, and that it is accessible no matter how much pain you're in. It only takes 15 minutes per day.
It's 4 weeks - 28 days - and is 15 minutes per day. You can certainly do more, but that is the minimum to see great results. That's a grand total of 7 hours... You could spend that in one day at a doctor's office.
How do I know this will work for me?

Easy peasy! You just need a table, a chair, and a floor. If you want, grab a heavy object like a 5-10 lb dumbbell, a big book, or anything around the house that weighs about 5 lbs. But you can also just use your body weight for the exercises!.
