How does the program work?

It's super simple. Each day, you'll get an email from us with a video, PDF, and written instructions showing you EXACTLY what you need to do that day to stay on track. We make sure that it's easy to follow, and that it is accessible no matter how much pain you're in. It only takes 15 minutes per day.

How long does the program take?

It's 4 weeks - 28 days - and is 15 minutes per day. You can certainly do more, but that is the minimum to see great results. That's a grand total of 7 hours... You could spend that in one day at a doctor's office.

How do I know this will work for me?

What equipment do I need?

Easy peasy! You just need a table, a chair, and a floor. If you want, grab a heavy object like a 5-10 lb dumbbell, a big book, or anything around the house that weighs about 5 lbs. But you can also just use your body weight for the exercises!.

I'm Dr. Dan, and I was a medic in the army for 8 years. My team was in a tank crash that caused 3 of my discs to bulge. One was so bad that it completely severed my spinal cord. I woke up one day unable to move my leg.

I was dedicated to rehabbing myself back to health. On top of my 10 years of medical experience, trial and error lead me to building our 4-week Conquer Sciatica program.
