Our program helps you get out of sciatica pain through a personalized, one-on-one approach. It starts with a free consultation with Dr. Dan to assess your situation and determine if the program is a good fit. If so, we create a customized treatment plan that targets the root cause of your pain. You’ll work directly with Dr. Dan through online sessions, where he guides you through specialized exercises and techniques. As you progress, he monitors your results and adjusts the plan as needed. Our goal is to provide lasting relief and equip you with the knowledge to prevent future pain.
The program is 4-8 weeks. It all depends on what your body needs. It takes about 15 minutes per day to complete. You can certainly do more, but that is the minimum to see great results. That's a grand total of 7-14 hours... You could spend that in one day at a doctor's office.

Simple! You just need a table, a chair, and a floor. If you want, grab a heavy object like a 5-10 lb dumbbell, a big book, or anything around the house that weighs about 5 lbs. But you can also just use your body weight for the exercises!
